The exterior is in wonderful shape. This is a quarto size book, so it's hefty. It looks to have been personally rebound at some point. There is a name with nice calligraphy penciled on the first page. The interior features some vulnerable spots in the binding and moderate foxing in the first few pages. The pages edges are gilded.
