The Made in Japan Traditional series was derived by fusing Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetics with sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship. Fender's orthodox DNA is revived with certain Made in Japan quality.

Made in Japan Traditional 70s Jazz Bass adopts an ash body with a gloss finish.

A 9.5-inch-radius “U”-shaped maple neck equipped with 20 vintage-style frets provides a classical performance unique to the Traditional series.

The 4-saddle vintage-style bridge and original pickups selected for the Traditional series deliver realistic and musical vintage tones.

Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to player needs are reflected in this series.
