Vintage 1940s Beistle USA Halloween Crepe Paper Honeycomb & Die-cut Cardboard PIRATE PARTY HAT. Measures 14" long x 5-1/2" wide. Front and back panel are cardboard, and the center folds out like a honeycomb. Nice 'pirate admirals' hat design with skull and crossbones. Detailed 'pieces of eight' imagery on hat tips.
