Event Origin
In Japan, the Pre-Order Bonus for Pokemon Colosseum was a Bonus Disc that distributes both Celebi and Pikachu to a completed Pokemon Colosseum save file and subsequent GBA games. This for many, is the only attainable and legal Celebi in all of Gen III (albeit in Japanese). The contents of this Japanese Bonus Disc can also actually be found hidden away inside the US version of Pokemon Colosseum, all in English. Similarly, an unreleased English Celebi and Pikachu can be distributed to completed Pokemon Colosseum save files and subsequent GBA games.
What is included
Purchasing this service entitles you to not one, but 2 Celebi's and Pikachu's: One pair is the original Japanese AGETO Celebi and COLOSSEUM Pikachu, while the other pair is the Un-Released English AGATE Celebi and COLOS Pikachu.
What does Un-Released mean?
Un-released Pokemon and items have been programmed into the game by Nintendo themselves, but made inaccessible for the life of the game through official means. These Pokemon and items can be used without restriction, but may be flagged as problematic in software such as Pokemon Home. It is recommended to do research prior to transferring.
