Insulated tumbler is brand new, with tag attached.

Cup is from Life is Good and is maunfactured by Outlook Acquisitions Corp. Cup stands approximately 8 inches tall, with an approximate external circumference of 12 inches at its widest point (near the top of the cup) and 9 inches at its narrowest point (near the bottom), and measures 25 fluid ounces.

As can likely be inferred from the above measurements, cup tapers from top to bottom, for easy entry into most standard automobile cupholders. In addition, cup has a circular nonslip silicone grip pad on its underside for additional stability and ease of use. 

Tumbler features a vacuum-seal clear plastic lid which features a retractable drink spout to which the included straw easily attaches inside the tumbler. (A second straw is also included.) 

Cup is double-wall insulated, with approximate hold times listed as 24 hours for cold drinks, and 12 hours for hot drinks. Bottle is made of 100% 18/8 (18% chromium / 8% nickel) stainless steel and is BPA- and toxin-free.
