BTX is a RingCentral Reseller Dealer in the San Jose Bay Area.  These phone(s) will require you to complete a contract with RingCentral before we can program the system and send you the phone(s).  Please reach out to us with any questions before completing the Ebay auction.  Once completed reach out to us and we will get the necessary company information from you to generate the RingCentral contract for you to DocuSign.

Your contract will include all of our programming and support services free of charge along with 1 free phone for each user account you sign up for now and as you grow.

 Your price when you order from us vs direct from RingCentral is actually cheaper.  We have their highest level " Ignite " certification we handle everything to do with the install from beginning to end.  We will help you port your phone numbers to the new system and do the entire setup and test at no cost to you.  You can call us or RingCentral for help, we are just a lot faster at answering and know most our customers by name.

These ShoreTel Phones have been upgraded and flashed to work on the RingCentral system and all buttons and screen functions and labeling work only on the RingCentral system.  These phones work much better then a generic SIP phone on the system as RingCentral wrote the software for these phones.  These phones will no longer work on the ShoreTel/Mitel system.

These phones are meant to be run on PoE (power over ethernet), if you do not have a PoE network switch you will need any industry standard 802.3af power supply for the phone to work, they do not include and were never sold with power supplies.
