The Foot Rest (1/2" thick) is an interlocking tile which connects lengthwise and is designed as a superior anti-fatigue mat. This rubber floor mat has a honeycombed cell structure which traps air in the subsurface, pressure is all that's needed to activate the sub-floor; making it very forgiving on ankles, joints, and back.
