Why you should not buy this item - If it is too far ahead of Halloween it will make you very impatient for the holiday to come. This thing is seriously ambient and looks WAY cooler in person, especially lit up. But please go ahead and buy it before someone else does, but don't say I didn't warn you.
Please note...I tried every which way I could to get the lit up color right...the glow is PURPLE, not blue as it looks in the photos. This might be another reason to not buy this item; it does not smile how you want, when you want for photos.
The lighting base can be completely detached by simply unscrewing it, and you really want to do that before washing it. If you don't believe anything else I say here, trust me on this one.
