Full freedom of the palm (push-off technique)
In Nordic walking, the hand goes far back at the end of each step, and the palm must be fully opened, releasing the pole. This glove-like strap holds the pole close to your hand. When you turn your hand forward, the pole fits precisely back into your palm by itself due to the tension of the strap.
Instant release (Trigger 1 system)
You don't have to unfasten the Velcro on your wrist every time you want to drink water, answer a call or tie your shoelaces. You simply press the button on the top of the pole handle with your thumb, and the strap and your hand are instantly released from the pole. The stick can be put aside, and the "glove" remains on the hand.
Efficient energy transfer
Thanks to the tight grip of the wrist and fixation of the thumb, the lanyard allows you to push the stick with your entire body weight and arm muscles, without overexerting your fingers and hand.
