Lightweight Titanium Clutch Basket Nut. Replaces OEM Honda Part #90235-MEN-A30 with this lightweight titanium bolt. This nut is a direct OEM Replacement and will work in all applications, torque to OEM Honda Specifications. Uses OEM Honda Clutch Lock Washer

Nuts are made from Grade 5 Titanium and are replacements to high grade steel bolts at almost half the weight of steel hardware. Grade 5 Titanium has a density of 4.43g/cc, while steel is around 7.85g/cc (approximate for steel as different alloys / grade of steel will vary slightly). Grade 5 Titanium has similar strength characteristics to Grade 8 Steel Hardware. Grade 5 Titanium has close to the best strength to weight ratio of any applicable material suitable for hardware use.

These bolts are intended for racing applications or other applications were weight loss is desired. These will fit most any applications, please verify your specifications with the bolts you are replacing prior to ordering to insure your fitment. These bolts will Torque to same specifications as the stock steel hardware in most every applications (some applications may require different torque use, please verify correct torque to your application). In some Titanium on Titanium Applications (Titanium Nut on a Titanium Bolt, Titanium Bolt into a Titanium Thread, etc.), we do recommend using a thread coating to prevent thread galling (anti-seize, Loctite, etc.). Please note that anti-seize or loctite might affect torque specifications.
