Pre-owned antique item. Shows signs of use / wear / minor imperfections from original manufacture in areas. It has some dark smudges on the underside. There is a small rough spot on the top that feels like a little kiln grit in the enamel touching the left middle pink flower in the first photo. There are a few tiny chips / rough spots on the outer edge or the plate. There is a hairline in the porcelain mainly visible upon close inspection of the back side of the plate (see last photo).
