Vtg Carnival Fair Prize Dog Stuffed Animal Plush Shaggy Light Blue Floppy Ears

This came from an estate sale for a store that closed in the 1990s. There were a lot of new old stock at this sale. Some from the 50’s/60s. I’m not saying that this stuffed plush is new old stock, but it could be.

There is some discoloration on its back. There is something on the bottom side of a leg. The bow is crinkled and is frayed or chewed on. See pics.
