BladesASAP ships via USPS, UPS and FedEx - Shipping origin may vary according to products ordered.

Day of order processing does not count as a day in transit

Addresses that are rural, islands, penninsula's, or such may incur additional transit time

Shipping time is calculated by business days. Weekends/holidays do not count

Delivery Guidelines

Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. BladesASAP cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Where We Ship

Shipments must be to a physical delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to any PO Box, or APO address. 

Receiving Your Package

Please make everyone aware of your delivery.  BladesASAP will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipients, or for addresses that were inputted incorrectly or incomplete when checking out.

Once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure its safe receipt.

Lost/Stolen Packages

In the unlikely event that a package is marked as delivered but is lost/stolen, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and provide any available options for solution. 

We strongly recommend that customers take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of their packages and ship to a secure delivery location.

Remember, BladesASAP cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. 

Unforseen Delays

Everyone hates delays.  BladesASAP will not be responsible for delays caused by events or incidents beyond our or our carriers’ control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, and disruptions in transportation networks

Refund and/or exchanges are allowed within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Please follow these easy steps for a return:

• All returns require a Return Authorization number- No Exceptions
• Please contact BladesASAP prior to returning any item to ensure quick and accurate processing
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the return
• Return shipping labels are not provided- return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless the return is due to an error by BladesASAP
• Address of returns may vary- please pay attention to your RAN.
• Refunds are to be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt and inspection
• A minimum 25% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are opened or orginal packaging is missing or damaged
• Unfortunately once an item is used there are no refunds/exchanges allowed

• Product warranties are covered by the respective manufacturer only.
• Manufacturers warranty varies according to each individual manufacturer.
• For defects Please contact BladesASAP about the specific warranty offered by the manufactuer.
• The warranty process may require that the item be sent to the manufacturer or a certified service center for inspection.
• Warranty claims must be filed by the customer directly with the manufacturer in most cases.
• BladesASAP is not liable for any warranty claims denied by the manufactuer.
• BladesASAP is also not liable for any fees, charges, expenses, cost the customer may experince when a warranty is filed.
