This Listing is for a Brand New Kibblewhite +1mm Intake Valve for the 14-24 Yamaha Viking 700 Engines. This Valve is a 1 Piece Forged Black Diamond Stainless Steel Valve.
All KPMI Black Diamond Stainless steel valves are impregnated by a special German process to a depth of .002, with a surface build up of .0002. This Black Diamond process improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides resistance to corrosion and wear that is superior to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis software, and profiles are tested on our computerized flow bench. Black Diamond Valves are lightweight, strong, one piece forgings with profiles that provide excellent flow characteristics.

These are sold Each. Please Review above specifications to insure proper fitment. Kibblewhite Dual Valve Spring Kit (or other aftermarket performance valve spring kit for stainless steel valves) is highly recommended when installing these Kibblewhite Stainless Valves, especially when used with a high performance camshaft. These Valves will fit with all stock or performance parts (heads, camshafts, valve springs, pistons, etc.). These are +2mm Oversize Valves and are only recommended on Ported Cylinder Head properly setup for the Oversize valve. They can also be installed on engines with worn valve seats, where the seat can be opened up larger to get back into the correct installed height range.
Required: Valve seat cutting or resurfacing to insure proper valve seat seal for optimum performance.
