We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All our ebay items have free standard UK delivery with express delivery as an option. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible usually the same day if purchased before 2pm.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us unless stated in the listing otherwise, if the item is found to be faulty we will also refund the postage cost. (This does not cover battery warranty claims after 30 days) If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a replacement (where possible) or full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in a saleable condition, in its original package and with all labels attached. The item must be protected with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. Items must be returned within 60 days.
