Instructions for the initial matching learning operation of the controller

★Before the controller is used for the first time, it must be connected to the learning line to complete motor matching learning★

1. Wiring: Connect the controller motor phase line, battery power line, motor Hall line, and instrument connection line;

2. Power on and debug the instrument: Turn on the power, turn on the LCD instrument, and adjust the displayed voltage of the instrument to be consistent with the actual voltage of the battery; (Refer to manual P03)

3. Motor self-learning: When two white learning wires are plugged into the controller, the motor will run in the forward direction and maintain operation for about 30 seconds; If the motor is reversed: unplug the learning cable and plug it back in to switch between forward and reverse;

4. Timeliness Attention: The learning program can only be executed within 2 minutes after the instrument is turned on. If the learning fails after exceeding the time limit, the power must be turned off and reconnected, and the learning cable must be reconnected for re matching;

5. Complete the learning: After the learning is completed, disconnect the two learning cables and connect the wiring harnesses for other functions such as handlebars and brakes to use them normally.

This controller and LCD display must be connected to the motor Hall sensors and throttle! The speed gears can be used for both pedal assist and throttle.

All our standard LCDs and controllers come with 1-5 speed settings that work for both pedal assist and throttle, and all standard settings function this way. If you only want the 1-5 speed changes to apply to PAS only, you should let us know before placing your order.
