Q. How to untangle the string lights?
First, prepare some tape; put lights on empty floor, then hold the horizontal main string and separate the droping, wrap each one in tape and keep them untangle
unfold it along the main string, since it's actually very long, you may need someone help you untangle it if possible

The lights are waterproof but the USB plug isn't, seal the plug while outdoor use. To ensure its life span, we recommend you to use it mainly indoor.
Q: Why the remote not working?
Remove the plastic sheet from the bottom of the control, point the direction of USB plug. The remote distance is about 10 Ft. If you miss your remote, press the button on the plug to change modes.
