Payment

We only accept payment via PayPal.

Please make sure shipping address on your PayPal account is correct and up-to-date.

Payment from bank account and all major credit cards will be accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.

Delivery details

Item will be shipped to buyer's PayPal shipping address within 1 business day after clear payment received.

Tracking number of domestic orders will show up on buyer's eBay account once order is shipped.

Please make sure shipping address on your PayPal account is correct & up-to-date.

All of our items are shipped from our GA, USA warehouse.

*Please notethat post office doesn't process parcel on Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.

Terms of sales

Warranty policy:

This item comes with 60 day exchange (replacement) warranty. Buyer could choose exchange to same item or apply store credit to other items in our store. Exchange will be processed after we received return.

We only accept refund request for un-opened or un-used item, buyer has to return item in original condition and retail package within 30 day. 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all refund cases. Refund will be processed after we received return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of ALL exchange/refund cases. We will cover shipping cost when sending out replacement.

Products that are modified/customized are NOT covered by our return/exchange policy.

Compatibility issue:

Please check actual stock bulb model & housing size before purchasing replacement bulbs. Compatibility list on eBay listing is not a complete list and it is a known issue that there are errors on it.

If you encounter model/functional compatibility issue, please contact us for assistance. We will help you exchange to compatible item (if available).

We only accept refund request if we don't carry compatible item. 20% restocking fee will be deducted for ALL refund cases.

Buyer is responsible for both return and resend shipping cost when exchanging an item with compatibility issue. We will cover resend shipping cost if compatibility problem is directly caused by incorrect information on listing.

Buyer will be charged for price difference when upgrading to a more expensive model.
