Very Rare Vintage Ukrainian 🇺🇦 Quartz Watch Luch in Gold Tone - Criminal Search of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 80 Years.  For Service in Criminal Investigation, from Minister Yurij Kravchenko 1999.

The watch is in very good condition and accurate.  The glass of the dial (plastic) has scuffs and micro scratches.  There may be some minor scuff marks on the case.  The strap that is in the photo - simple, demonstration - is included in the kit.
