1. Return Time Window

All return requests must be raised within 30 calendar days after delivery tracking date, as required by eBay Easy & Free Returns policy for eligible car parts. Returns submitted after this period will be rejected.

2. Return Item Condition 

Parts must be brand new, never fitted/installed on any vehicle, no oil stains, scratches, dirt, cutting, drilling or modification.

Original factory packaging, security seals, gaskets, fixings, wiring, manuals and all matching accessories must be returned fully intact.

3.Our technicians will check the item carefully before sending, if you receive a defective product, please keep it as it is and send us an email immediately, we will replace it with a new one for you as soon as possible.

4. Refund Process

Our warehouse will fully inspect returned items within 2 working days after receipt. Qualified refund will be issued in 2 working days to original payment method. Partial refund or rejection applies if parts fail condition standard.

5.The warranty will be void in the following cases:

(1) Damage caused by: excessive wear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.

(2) Any damage caused by improper packaging when the buyer returns the item to us.

(3) If the item is disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized person.
