Rossana is a candy, in the past also known as Rossana Perugina, or, more simply, as Rossa. It is considered one of the best known candies among those produced in Italy.
Caramelle Rossana are hard outside, soft inside, made mainly of hazelnuts and almonds, and considered one of the best-known candies among Italian candies, perhaps the most famous.
Ingredients:
Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed MILK (MILK, sugar), PEANUT oil, whey powder (MILK), skimmed MILK powder, anhydrous butter (MILK), HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, apricot kernels, flavourings, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin).
