Sanrio Sugarbunnies Dollhouse USED vintage from Japan F/S w/T

Description

Condition: Used

This is a dollhouse from Sanrio's popular "Sugarbunnies" series.

It was previously played with by a child. However, as they played more often with Sylvanian Families toys, this item saw little use and remains in good condition. It was stored away from direct light, but please note that it is an older item; if you are looking for something in pristine, like-new condition, please refrain from purchasing.

Regarding functionality: the doorbell chime, the dog's barking sound, and the lamp lighting feature did not work even after inserting batteries.

There are some minor scuffs, scratches, and spots of dirt from use, but there is no major damage, and the overall condition is good.
For shipping, the furniture will be placed in the Sugarbunnies box (the latch is warped and won't close, so I will secure it with masking tape), and the figures will be placed in the Sugarbunnies tin. Please note that the box and tin have some scratches and wear.
The dog figure is missing.
There is some damage to the corners of the outer box, but it is in good condition overall.
There may be other stains or scratches I have overlooked. I am offering this to someone who is happy to accept it despite these details.
Thank you for your understanding.
