This Listing is for a Brand New Kibblewhite Center Intake Valve for the 04-09, 12-13 Yamaha YFZ450 Engines. This Valve is a 1 Piece Forged White Diamond Valve.
We fully CNC machine our White Diamond® Valves from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel. These materials have proven heat and corrosion resistance properties. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis software, and profiles are tested on our computerized flow bench. Strict attention is paid to the surface preparation of the valves, and the purity of the chrome is closely monitored. A 360 degree anode is used to produce the highest possible grade of hard chrome finish. White Diamond® Valves are light, strong, one piece forgings with profiles that provide excellent flow characteristics

These are sold Each. Please Review above specifications to insure proper fitment. These Valves will fit with all stock or performance parts (heads, camshafts, valve springs, pistons, etc.). This is a +1mm Oversize Valve and are only recommended on Ported Cylinder Head properly setup for the Oversize valve. They can also be installed on engines with worn valve seats, where the seat can be opened up larger to get back into the correct installed height range.
Required: Kibblewhite lightwight valve spring kit or equivalent.
Required: Valve seat cutting or resurfacing to insure proper valve seat seal for optimum performance.
