Boat part number 1046777 is a new pair of boat brand decals from Lowe, part number 1977553 . Commonly used on the Roughneck 2065 SC model. 

These decals are constructed out of a black marine grade vinyl with a self adhesive backing.  Measures approximately 13” W x 1 1/2" H overall.
