Here is a vintage 1940 Harrisburg News Agency 5th annual picnic ticket.  The ticket is perforated in the center and is almost detached from the stub end.  It measures about 7 X 2 1/4 inches.  The reverse is stamped Harrisburg News Agency.  Some wear but the ticket stub is still partially attached.   Please see pictures and ask any questions.
