Enrique "Kiki" Camarena (Stephen Bauer) is an undercover DEA agent stationed in Guatemala who uncovers a huge marijuana operation. When he follows the link of command he follows it to a trail of corruption high within the Mexican government. This 1990 network television presentation features outstanding performances by Bauer and Benicio del Toro, who stars as drug kingpin Caro Quintero.
