PORSCHE 356 MERCEDES BMW? NEIMAN IGNITION SWITCH WITH KEY GERMANY FROM 1940's or 1950'S

The switch was in a small hoard of 356 Pre-A and 356A parts that were part of the estate of an early Porsche collector. Not sure what this came in originally.  It closely resembles the switch used in some 356A models and would work fine in one.  The spur on the steel key reminds me of Mercedes keys from the 50's and 60's but is a shorter key.  Possibly 190SL?

• Near NOS condition
• Tested and the switch works in all positions.
• Three set positions OFF - ACCESSORY - ON - and the momentary fourth position(push-in/turn) for starter.
• All 5 terminals are solid and the screws turn freely.
• The escutcheon is heavily chromed brass with a few minor marks.

We sell used 50-70 year old parts. MANY OF THEM ARE RARE AND HARD TO OBTAIN IN ANY CONDITION. We inspect and try to photograph & describe them as accurately as we can. Condition of a used part is a very subjective thing and 5 different people might judge the same parts condition at 3-4 different levels(fair, good, very good, etc).
