We accept all returns within 30 days (T.C). Please ensure all returns are returned in its original packaging. Any returns that are not in it's original packaging or are damaged no refund will be given or a partial refund may be given, once our quality control and returns team inspect the item. If Item is damaged then the return postage should only be second class which will be paid for. If first class or special delivery is sued then this postage will not be covered. This is to ensure the item is in its resalable condition with original tags and packaging. Note: No refund will be given if the packaging is ripped and it is not sent back in its original like it was sent. Please also note we are unable to cancel orders once placed as the orders are sent straight to dispatch team therefore it becomes impossible to cancel. However you are more than welcome to return the item as the buyers expense.
