Condition: Pre-owned perm rods with rubber band and cap. Good condition. Since these are vintage, some of the rubber pieces may need replacing. The plastic is in excellent condition. Also, the count only includes rollers that are complete with roller, cap and rubber. We have included a couple of extra pieces but they are not included in the total count. Please see the photos.
