2. Pack the unit and ship it to our closest repair facility.
3. Once the unit is received our techs will evaluate the unit.
4. Customer service will contact you with a repair quote for your approval.
5. After we have your approval and payment the job will be completed and shipped back to you within the time frame quoted.
If you decide not to have the unit repaired, you can have the unit scrapped here or pay for the return shipping; we will then ship the unit back to you.
