IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE TWO DIFFERENT SHOCK TYPES IN THIS LISTING:
JKRC9960 (sets of four):
This bigger bore* adjustable aluminium oil shock set is a strong set of shocks ideal for heavier duty use. This set uses shocks that don't leak (unlike many aftermarket shocks) that we've been selling for several years, with proven reliability. They're very easy to fit, using your car's original screws. Supplied pre-filled with oil, ready to fit & use and available in a choice of ten colours.
We recommend using all of the outer mounting point holes with this set
*bigger bore than the standard plastic friction shocks found on most models, similar in bore size to the aluminium capped shocks on brushless/pro versions
** JKRC9960 shocks are usually also available to buy in pairs, please message if you can't see the colour you'd like listed and we can add them to the listing if we have them in stock **
JKRC9956
This set are full aluminium shocks (caps, bodies and top & bottom eyelets) which don't leak (unlike many aftermarket shocks), are strong, adjustable, oil filled and available in a choice of four colours - dark blue, red, black & green. These are very easy to fit, using the car's original screws, supplied pre-filled with oil, ready to fit & use.
We recommend using the upper outer and lower inner mounting point holes with this set.

Both sets are slightly shorter than the originals, hence the reason for using the mounting hole positions mentioned above, to reduce the difference in ride height to only about 2mm.

JK-RC shocks: Please allow for the unlikely possibility of 1/ a slight difference in the shade of the main colour from one shock to another 2/ a +/- 5mm variance in size 3/ light surface marks from the manufacturing process 4/ slight residue oil from the filling process.
Please also note that these are not identical to the standard plastic friction shocks!
