This panel of French fabric dates right on 1900! It's a heavy weight cotton with a red and gray stripe! The gray is more of a khaki gray and the floral is in brown tones! A very very unusual color theme ~ this fabric is made of a heavy weight cotton, cretonne ( thin warp and thick weft ) ~ this was once quilted, and someone removed it from the quilt. You can see tiny red treads as evidence! ~ This panel is ideal for upholstery, pillows , framing, curtains etc ~
MEASUREMENTS: This fabric measures approximately 90 inches long by 34 inches wide ~*~
CONDITION: This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. This panel can be hand washed and hung to dry! ~*~ There are some tiny holes visible when held to the light. It's a very sturdy fabric still!~ you can see tiny red threads in places still from where it was unstitched from a quilt. There is some light wear, some small marks etc. ~ All condition reflected in the price ~
