-This part was pulled from a New TV with a cracked screen, this happens regularly in Store Transit.

-Therefor we do list these parts as NEW, OPENED as they are exactly that.

-Please do make sure this is the part that you need before you buy it,

 i would only go with what a qualified TV tech has diagnosed as the problem, 

its not rare for a power message to flash when its the main board thats the problem.

Buying both power and main boards (if available) might only be $80 more and your covered for this repair 

(and the future, just in case.)

-It often does not matter what model TV the board came out of,

BUT DO MAKE SURE THIS PART NUMBER MATCHES THE EXACT PART NUMBER OF YOUR EXISTING BOARD.

Returns

-Returns are accepted, for Australia wide sent items only, as long as they meet the following conditions:

-Returned within 30 days.

-Returned in undamaged and un-tampered with condition.

- All electronic items are marked with a void if removed anti-tamper identification sticker or infra red marking system.

Any item returned MUST have the sticker or markings intact to be eligible for a refund.

-Our marked item must be well packaged, with original packaging materials.

-A packing slip or note with your eBay user ID, and a detailed reason for the return is listed.  

-Please be honest with the issue. If the item did not resolve your problem, it is not always a bad part,

 wrong diagnosis is the most common problem and is not something we should be expected to bare as a seller,

 as the part you asked us to supply is functional itself.

These parts are required to be installed by a qualified TV technician,

Any claims of a faulty supplied part will need to be provided on their company letter head explaining what the exact issue is with the part supplied. In this case, international returns would, of course, be allowed.
