Such a cute hippy Boho inspired crushed velvet and lace accents. Its a women's XL. Its in geeat condition, its got a slit on the side of the lace part but i think that it was made that way. I really can't find much about the brand or piece. Its American made, and vintage but cant be sure how old pretty sure its 80-90.
