This is a super cute I ❤️ Hong Kong Tee. It’s a medium unisex/women. I think that it may run a bit on the smaller size, so please refer to my measurements. The shirt is also lightweight and a bit see though. There is one small spot on the back by the Hong Kong logo(Seen in pictures)There are no rips or tears. Non-Smoking/Non-Pet
