These are sold Each. Replacement for the OEM Yamaha Valve Part #: 5TA-12112-00-00. Please Review above specifications to insure proper fitment. Will work with all Stock Valve Train, Camshafts, etc. Kibblewhite Valve Spring Kit (or other Performance Valve Spring Kit) might be necessary when used with a high performance camshafts or consistent high RPM use / increased rev limit. Valve Seats should be cut or resurfaced when installing new valves to insure proper valve seal. These Valves will fit with all stock or performance parts (heads, camshafts, valve springs, pistons, etc.) without any other modifications.
