Tyranitar No.248 Holo Neo Discovery Japanese Pokemon Card.

Likely PSA 10. Pulled it out of a pack 20 years ago when Tyranitar was unheard of. Never took it back out of it's sleeve. Would lose money having all these cards graded so I am adjusting the prices accordingly.
