Return Policy

We offer 30 days returns policy; our postage is free to all our customers who keep our goods. Please note we do not require to send us back the item via expedited or express or next day special delivery as we will not reimburse any amount is paid to the courier .If you want to return the item for a replacement or refund, 15% admin and restocking cost (direct cost) will be deducted before a refund or a swap. Please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" if you wish to do so. Unwanted items must be returned, unopened in original retail packaging and the seal must be intact (where appropriate). We will deduct 20% devaluation cost along with admin and restocking cost. Return postage must be paid for by the customer unless an item is faulty.

Customer must notify us within 14 days of purchase about undelivered, damaged or faulty items, After 14 days We can’t be held responsible for faulty, damaged items. if it is lost in the post nor we will refund until we get the item back.

The item does not hold any warranty or guarantee unless arrived damaged.
