an antique bronze wax seal stamp,

the handle is a statue of a bagpipe player / bagpiper, dressed as in the 16th Century,

with a hose and simple sporran - a purse hanging on a belt / rope around his waist,

it shows detailed work, like the rope around his hat, 

on his belt are also hanging a small horn / pipe and two other slender items,

the matrix shows a coat of arms of 16th Century design,

please have a look at all pictures to date the whole, it might be of after 1600,

we see a shield, with no tincture / heraldic coloring,

with a two tailed lion rampant holding a sword in one paw,

as crest a demi, two tailed lion with sword,

a coat of arms we found of a lion rampant with the double tail and sword, 

was of the noble Hungarian family Kohary / Koháry, the male line died out in 1826, 

the sole female descendent / heiress was: 

Antonia / Maria Antonie Gabriele Koháry Csábrág Szitnya (1797-1862)

  she married in 1815 with

Ferdinand Georg August von Sachsen Coburg Saalfeld - Wettin, Ernestiner - Herzog von Sachsen Coburg Gotha Koháry (1785-1851)

height circa 8 cm / 3.1 inch

weight: circa 43 gr.

condition: signs of age and handling, good and firm, nice patine, a piece of the bass dron is missing
