Suspende pagos la firma textil Torra Balari declarando 538 millones de deudas

 La empresa Manufacturas Textiles Torra Balari, SA presentó ayer expediente de suspensión de pagos ante el Juzgado de Sant Feliu De Llobregat, declarando un activo de 1.527 millones de pesetas y, unas deudas de 538 millones. El principal acreedor es el antiguo administrador único, Juan Torra Balari Llavallull, a quien se adeudan 134 millones de pesetas. Otros acreedores importantes son la Seguridad Social con 91 millones de pesetas y Hacienda con 32 millones. La empresa da ocupación a, 180 empleados, la mayor parte de los cuales presta sus servicios en la factoría de Molins de Rei. La empresa está acogida al plan de reconversión textil.
