The Greatest Game disc has multiple scratches and is in good condition, the two discs for Miracle and the Rookie have some light scratches and are in very good condition. There were no problems playing any of the discs.  The chapter insert is included in the Miracle and The Rookie movies. Please review the pictures as they are of the actual item you are buying.
