Payment

GST Tax invoice included for Australian buyers only.
Credit Card, Osko, PayID, Paypal, Wise and Bank Transfer accepted.
Pickup payments: Osko, PayID, Cash or Card. Card surcharge applies.
International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and tariffs.

Delivery

Pickup by appointment Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm AEST.
National delivery to residential, business or depot addresses.
International shipping via EMS, DHL or FedEx.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty excludes consumables, misuse, damage, electrical issues, serial tampering.
Returns accepted. 20% restocking fee may apply.
All warranties, if stated, are provided solely by AusChoice. As we are an independent reseller, the original manufacturer’s warranty may not apply.

Abandoned or Uncollected Goods

Unless prior arrangement, goods MUST be collected within 28 days.
Uncollected items may be disposed of according to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967.

Liability

Items are sold as surplus, “New Old Stock” (NOS), or used inventory.
Where listed as “For Parts” or “As-Is”, units are sold strictly for salvage or repair and are not tested for functionality.
Items may not have been professionally tested. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm suitability and ensure safe operation.
AusChoice assumes no liability for the end-use or certification of equipment; buyers must ensure professional inspection before placing items into service.
