Here is a vintage 1940 Culinary Arts Institute booklet edited by Ruth Berolzheimer - "250 Classic Cake Recipes".  The booklet measures 8 3/4 X 6 inches and has 48 pages.  It shows light wear at corners or edges but is  overall clean and nice condition.   Please see pictures and ask any questions.
