Boat part number 1103029 is a new transom mounting bracket from Garelick, part number 9918001 . Commonly used on Tiara Yachts, part number 5340064 , but may be used on other boats.

This transom mounting bracket is constructed out of stainless steel and plastic. It measures approximately 3 3/4" L x 2 1/2" W x 1 1/8" H overall. It mounts via (4) 3/8" Dia. mounting holes.
