If you try to do this on a phone there will be a little camera icon just above the keyboard on the right-hand side where you can attach your photo.
If you do this on a computer there will be an "Attach Photos" button where you can attach your photo.
General Info for Images
The large the picture pixels, the better.
Recommended pixel is large than 1200*1200
We never crop out people to size a photo but if appropriate we keep the original photo proportions and then use a similar background colour to fill the space of a photo template.
In order to make you the best possible product please send us good quality photos. Photos with low resolution can look out of focus when blown up to the sizes we need.
If sending through screenshot photos from your phone note that unless we can crop them easily, phone icons will still be printed as is on the image.
If we have any problems maintaining our usual high quality finish we will let you know
