• Synthetic rubber bonded to aluminum
• Kits include all of the necessary gaskets, seals, O rings and lock tabs required when removing and replacing the inner primary cover for service work
• The primary cover gasket and inspection cover gasket consists of an aluminum base sheet for rigidity, covered with a chemically blown compound of foam-like nitrile synthetic rubber on both sides
• Synthetic rubber compound will not absorb oil and will conform to uneven gasket surfaces such as chrome plated housings
• The gasket's aluminum base material provides a stable platform for the synthetic rubber compound and prevents any unwanted extruding action common with paper type gaskets
