This headrest cushion is constructed out of soft, faux leather patterned, beige and burgundy vinyl over foam padding. Features the Premier logo in a silver colored foam filled vinyl. It measures approximately 12 3/8" W x 10 3/4" H (including bolts) x 7" D overall. Mounts with (2) 5 3/4" L x 3/8" Dia. bolts 4 3/4" apart center on center.
