1892 TF Peru 1 Sol, authenticated / graded / encapsulated by NGC as Uncirculated details. Someone tried to clean the obverse long ago; but otherwise, this is a never-circulated and large silver coin of the Republic of Peru. Many nations found commercial or fiscal advantages with a large silver coin, and Peru continued the legacy of the Spanish 8 Reales, so heavily used in the early United States, until it converted its denominations to the Sol and Centavo in the 1860s.
Being Uncirculated, this Un Sol looks brilliant with its details and beautiful design. With magnification, you will see the die markers of a doubled first F and the Z on the obverse, and the long Morgan dollar-like die crack across the characters FINO and T.F. These features, added up, make this quite a unique coin for acquisition. Shipped with signature tracking for your assurance.
