Boat part number 1031716 is a new set of (6) fender / bumper clips from Helm Products, part number BM-2 .

These fender / bumper clips are constructed out of textured white polypropylene. Each measures approximately 3 1/4" H x 1 1/2" W x 5/8" D overall and features (1) 5/16" Dia. hole. They fit over 7/8" tubing.
