About 10 years ago I bought out an estate that had many items from a closed down European Import family business.  The paperwork that I found was all dated in the mid to late 1980s.   This is NOS ( new old stock ) figure imported from Italy during that time period.  Measures about 2" in length.  Is made of a ceramic or resin material.   No chips/cracks/breaks.  Hand painted.
